Another one of our greatest joys is to see men who have completed a second-level weekend return and give back to new brothers. For many men, staffing is just as powerful as their initial weekend. Sound unbelievable? Join the staff of one of an upcoming second-level Crucible Weekend and be part of the life-changing container.

3. Turn in your Health Form before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
4. Pay the $235 AUD Staff Fee before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
5. Submit a signed COVID-19 Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability.
6. Understanding that the weekend's work is to create a transformation experience and requires the creation of a "ritual space" for participants, you agree not to promote business or personal causes through distribution of material, wearables or obviously directing conversations with staff or participants about these personal interests. You also agree not to use staff or participant emails to promote/solicit personal business or charitable initiatives without consent from the individual.
