Facilitation Trainings (Basic and Advanced)
In 2021, the Crucible Project will be facilitation trainings for men and women who have completed an initial weekend. They will also be offered virtually via online video conference.
Advance Carpet Processes Training (Co-Ed) | Register
June 3-6, 2021 - Predator - Coed
Location: ZOOM
Designed for those on Group Leader, Carpet Leader
and Retreat Leader Tracks.
Requirement: completed Intro to Carpet Work
Led by Scott Selby & Byron Myers
Participants will learn the theory behind the Predator and Shadow
Reversal, the steps of each process, and have process leading modeled.
Each participant will have an opportunity to ask questions from a
certified expert in these two processes. In order to receive the training
manual in time to review for the training, registration six weeks prior
is highly recommended.
Cost:
$350 per person/$600 per couple

Come celebrate the newest initiated Crucible brothers and sisters! These men and women have touched God's grace and found a piece of their gold. Join us as our newest members introduce themselves and share a brief testimony. Come encourage them in their new-found soul work. Family and friends are most welcome to attend in person or via Zoom.
All in-person initiates meet at 3:30PM for a brief check in and to receive last minute order of ceremony instructions.
Light refreshments will follow. Masks required inside, except while eating or drinking.

So, you've completed your women's Crucible Initial Weekend, now what? If you're looking for a place to unpack your weekend, continue your growth, and connect, then consider joining Nancy Riley & Dawn Aldrich on Tuesday nights or Kim Rush on Thursdays.
What Is a Growth Group?
Small circles of women (typically 6-10) committed to grow in authenticity, honesty, transparency and grace in a safe and non-condemning environment. Groups typically meet three times a month — although it varies by group — and are led by a trained facilitator. Groups are open to women who have completed an initial weekend (or equivalent). These are tuition-based groups, but all fees are negotiable with your leaders. Your first month's fee was included in your initial, in-person weekend.
